”Our first 27001 assessors did not have a good understanding of how we operated. By Sept. they had identified just 2 issues that we needed to address to make us fully compliant. Just following this advice we would have probably failed 27001 registration.
In Oct. and Nov. Q&BS identified a further 30 issues, which would have been raised as non-conformances by BSi, had we not dealt with them” JO

“I would like to bring the activities of this audit to a conclusion and to give my feedback.
As I stated at the beginning this was win win scenario, if there were no significant finding all well and good, equally had there been significant issues uncovered this would also have been good, insofar as bringing those weaknesses to our attention.
The approach I was hopping for was a good thorough audit, with minimal disruption to the BAU activities and the keen participation of all involved.
